1.施工前，应根据设计和本规程要求以及相关的技术标准编制针对工程项目的节能保温专项施工方案，并应对施工人员进行技术交底和专业技术培训。

量要求经过验收合格才能入库，并应有专人保管，严禁露天堆放。幕墙岩棉板应架空防潮堆放。
4. The materials must be accepted according to the specification, quantity and quality requirements before entering the warehouse, and should be kept by a special person. It is strictly forbidden to stack in the open air. Rock wool board of curtain wall shall be stacked overhead to prevent moisture.
